Choose From List

Click choose from list.

Now  a list of all the Services and beneath the "-- PROCESSES RUNNING--" all Applications that are running on the system.

Choose one or more services or processes to monitor.

Click on Save Process to return to the Add Process/Services screen and the selected processes/services will be added to the monitoring.
