Templates

Templates are used for setting standard monitoring parameters. Templates are only used when an Agent connects to the Server for the first time. When a new Agent is connecting for the first time, the Agent starts the monitoring immediately using the Templates.

Templates can only be changed through the Super User menu. When the Agent starts the monitoring, you can change the monitoring parameters later by using the Normal User Menu.
