About Notification Template

In a notification template, you can specify at what escalation level you wish to receive an email and /or SMS during predefined time windows. On many places you can specify the notification template for an item, and so simply specify how and when you want to get notified for this item.

In general there are two choices:

•Inherit System Notification Setting

•Manual Select Notification Template
